Yes — completely free, forever. Trainers never pay to register, build their profile, upload qualifications, log PD, or connect with RTOs. RTOs pay an annual fee per trainer they're connected to, which is what funds the platform.

You do. Your file belongs to you. RTOs you connect with get read-only access while the connection is active — you can revoke that access at any time. If you leave an RTO, they no longer see your file.

Every record shows when it was last updated. Qualifications include expiry dates. The platform flags missing or expiring items automatically — for both you and any connected RTO — so there are no surprises during an audit.

Absolutely. Many trainers work with multiple RTOs. You build your file once and share it with as many RTOs as you like — there's no limit.

Providers subscribe to the industries they serve. Their PD events are then surfaced on the dashboards of trainers in those industries — at the moment those trainers are actively planning their PD. It's targeted exposure without paid advertising.
